Bristol English Channel Swim Team (BEST) Fundraiser evening at the Lido

Thursday 18th March in aid of BEST (Bristol English Channel Swim Team) – 6 local Bristol children planning to become the youngest team ever to swim the English Channel.
In August 2010, six 12 year old children from Bristol will wim across 21 miles of the busiest shipping lane in the world, battling cold waters, rough seas, darkness and fluthers’ of jellyfish to enter the Guinness Book of World Records.
Come and join us at the wonderful Clifton Lido restaurant to support these inspirational children. We have secured the exclusive use of the restaurant. Dinner will be followed by an auction to include items such as membership of the Lido, Day Spa tickets and signed sports memorabilia.
When: 18th March – 7:30pm arrival – 8:00pm dinner.
Where: Lido, Oakfield Place, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 2BJ.
Cost: £39 for 3 courses of fabulous food with a glass of Prosecco on arrival.
