Research and Operations Manager for Biodiversity Expedition Group: Deadline 12th February

Operation Wallacea is looking for a research and Operations Manager to help coordinate field biodiversity research programmes. The post will involve working overseas for 5 months each year helping to coordinate academic input into large biodiversity research programmes.

In the UK the role will involve recruitment of appropriate research and logistics staff to implement the programmes, ensuring the agreed outputs (papers and reports) from each of the programmes are completed and ensuring high standards of safety are achieved on each of the projects. In addition there will be presentations to give at UK and European Universities and to UK sixth form groups.
