Thursday 18th March in aid of BEST (Bristol English Channel Swim Team) – 6 local Bristol children planning to become the youngest team ever to swim the English Channel.

A charismatic, motivational speaker, Rhys uses the Seven Summits challenge experience to deliver a powerful, inspirational message that is guaranteed to light a fire of ambition in all who hear of his adventures.

31st January: Mud and Sweat on Woodbury Common
On Sunday 31st January, Woodbury Common near Exmouth is hosting the second round of the innovative Mud and Sweat mountain bike adventure series for the first time. The event combines off-road mountain biking with the skill of navigating and is open to everyone from beginners and families to experienced adventure racers.
